Having a Hard Time With all That Google Keyword Research?

Google keyword research is more crucial than ever before, as Google adwords is now the world's #1 ad network.100 countries are part of the google content network.

With such reach, the competition grows by the minute. Google is making a killing.More than $4b in 2007 from adwords. My estimate is that more marketers lost money than they actually made.

Here are the 6 main issues with PPC advertising

Finding those right keywords
Uncovering the right word comos
Creating top ads
Proper PPC Ad Placement & Positioning
High converting landing pages
Testing & Tweaking

Finding those right keywords: it is all about those keywords. If you dont have the right words that people are searching for then you won't be getting any hits on your ads. Or even worse, you will get hits and be charged for them, but the hits are from people looking for things other than your product.

Its a bit of a catch-22.

You want the clicks, but you dont want every click. You only need 1 click from a buyer and that is worth all the clicks from non buyers. You must make sure the keywords you choose for your ads are finely tailored to your product and to the exact keywords that potential customers will most likely be searching for.

It should be said, however, that the process of finding these keywords would take you hours of labor. And worse, it may not even pay off in the end. There were keyword research tools out there, but many of them were confusing to use and sometimes just as time-consuming as doing the research manually. Having spent all that time inresearch, now you will need to test them out. Wait! You wish -this is only stage one. Having the right keywords is one thing, having them in the right order is way harder. it's essentially the same as taking a mathmatics exam where the right answer is 745.

If your answer is not 100% right , you'd be 100% wrong. There are no scores for getting it almost right. Its very similar in PPC. People are searching for more than specific words. They are searching for specific words in a specific order & specific combination.

You need to be savy in order to attract the right customers. Therefore you need to test your keywords combination to discover which ones work best for you.

If that's not hard enough, there are other factors as well. That you need to find out what products your competition are promoting in combination with the landing pages and keywords & keyword combination that are making them a profit in order to make serious money. Fortunately there is an answer.
